SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP

           Our specialty lies in semi-private group training, where sessions are capped at a maximum of 8 members. Unlike large classes typical of boot camps or similar programs, our approach ensures personalized attention. Participants often liken the experience to personal training sessions, benefitting from individualized focus while also drawing motivation and camaraderie from fellow members. This model offers the advantages of personal training without the hefty one-on-one price tag.

Within this setting, we prioritize teaching proper form, determining suitable weights, and providing tailored coaching.

Each session begins with a group warm-up designed to rehabilitate injuries and prepare you for the workout ahead. Whether focusing on strength, conditioning, or cardio, exercises are adapted to your abilities, highlighting the flexibility of semi-private training. Rather than fixating on specific exercises, our emphasis is on movement patterns that enhance posture, muscle growth, and fat loss.

While our sessions are intensive, they're also enjoyable. Structured workouts are refreshed every 3 to 4 weeks to ensure continuous progress and prevent monotony or overuse injuries.

Beyond the training sessions, you'll receive additional support. We offer accountability measures and nutritional guidance to accelerate your journey toward your fitness goals.
