I've been deeply involved in the fitness world since 2010.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals like yourself not only improve their health and movement but also find genuine enjoyment in their gym experience.

 

What sets Athletic Strength Training apart isn't just the quality of training you'll receive; it's the incredible community of like-minded individuals who call AST their fitness home.

Here, there's no judgment—just real people and athletes supporting each other on their journey to better health.​From middle school athletes to grandparents, I've had the pleasure of working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Regardless of where you're starting from, our programs are carefully tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Our approach is all about progression at your own pace, empowering you to lead a fuller, more vibrant life or excel in your athletic pursuits.

​My own fitness journey has been a winding road, filled with lessons and growth. As a former athlete myself, I understand the desire to be bigger and stronger, but I also know the importance of consistency and proper training.

​

After my collegiate sports career ended, I delved into personal training, unlocking my true potential and discovering my passion for strength and conditioning.​Driven by a desire to learn and share my knowledge. 

I transformed my parents' garage into a training sanctuary, where I honed my craft and learned valuable lessons about what works and what doesn't. As I matured, my priorities shifted from simply being big and strong to prioritizing health and overall well-being.

 

Today, my mission with Athletic Strength Training is clear: to educate and empower as many individuals and athletes as possible to train effectively, with a focus on longevity and sustainable practices in fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle.​
