train 4 life program
We call it “Train 4 Life” for two reasons. The first is because of the positive benefits it will have on your life. Second is because in order to have the greatest life possible you must train for the rest of your life.
This mean you will get stronger, leaner, move better now and for years to come. We destroy the stigma that you need to slow down as you get older.
Everyone in this program will be doing a version of the same workout. As always with Athletic Strength Training we will make modifications when necessary. The focus is to have you feeling and looking great while enjoying a supportive group atmosphere.
train 4 sports program
This program is for our competitive athletes. If you are looking to take your game to the next level this is your program. This is for serious dedicated athletes only. Athletes that are not dedicated or do not put forth great effort will be asked to leave.
Train 4 Sports will be in a group setting but you can count on more modifications that will cater to the athlete’s personal needs and sport requirements.
The goal is to get you better for your sport, reduce the chance on injury and to enter next season with more confidence than ever.
**Also note that you do not have to be an athlete to join this program. There will be athletic components but anyone in high school or college that would like to get a great workout, look and feel better can join this group.
